心に抱く疲労 - Entertaining Fatigue

After 5 days of entertaining the Toyama crew I have a cold and am suffering from a lack of sleep, from that you can draw I had a fucking good time!

To recap:

Tuesday May 3rd - I turn 27, Robbie's engine explodes on the expressway & James saves the day. Go out on the town and introduce the noobs to the joy's of Karaoke at Ingrids (she gives me a nice adidas bag for my birthday)

Wednesday May 4th - We head down to Shirahama, set up camp and watch the Champions League Semi on my laptop on the beach, the battery runs out with 8 minutes of the match to go and we steal electrity from the hotel next to the campground.

Thursday May 5th - Susi and Robbie have to go back to Toyama to fix the car so James and Ruth drive them to Kobe and then come back. The rest of us get pissed all day at the beach and BBQ twice.

Friday May 6th - It pisses down from midnight onwards so we pack up and head back to the city, have curry and an onsen in Hiwasa and play some pool at Funky Time. Go back to Rorys to find out he'scoming home that night, leave a grovelling note only to find out via Eric that their flight was delayed.

Saturday May 7th - Buy an iPod photo for dave on my VISA so I can become cash rich again, go and watch a pulsating match between Tokushima and Fukuoka in J2 (1,500yen for a ticket on a lush grass embankment next to the Vortis Ultras, sweet!) go back to mine for BBQ and Winning Eleven 8 action. I also got the new Oasis album and get offered a 30 minute set at a gig next Friday.

Sunday May 8th - Toyama posse head off home and I spend the rest of the day blowing heartily and catching up on TV shows from the last week.
